Future Network PLC 16 September 2003 16 September 2003 THE FUTURE NETWORK PLC Board Change The Future Network plc ('Future'), the international magazine Group, today announces that Colin Morrison, its Chief Operating Officer, will leave the group on 31 December 2003. He resigns as a Director of the Company with effect from today. Colin joined the company in January 2001 as Chief Operating Officer and also filled the position of UK Managing Director from July 2001. The group will recruit a new Managing Director for its UK business in due course. The role of Chief Operating Officer will cease. Commenting on this change, Future's Chairman Roger Parry said: 'Colin joined Future at a very difficult time when the company was undergoing major changes. He played a crucial role in our restructuring and re-organisation. The business is now in much better shape and we understand his decision to move on after three years. On behalf of shareholders I want to thank him for a job very well done.' Future's Chief Executive Greg Ingham added: 'Colin and I have worked closely for the past three years in reshaping, changing and growing the company.
