                 NOTIFICATION OF DIRECTOR'S INTERESTS IN SHARES

The Future Network plc (LSE : FNET) announces that under the rules of its
Sharesave Scheme, it has granted options to a number of UK employees over
1,026,214 shares in the Company.

Consequently, on 10 January 2005, the Company received notification that Greg
Ingham (Chief Executive), acquired on 31 December 2004 a beneficial interest in
18,578 sharesave options.  These sharesave options are exercisable in three
years in accordance with the terms of the Company's Sharesave Scheme, at an
exercise price 51p per share.
