                    Change of Directors' Interests in Shares



The Future Network plc, the international specialist consumer magazine
publisher, announces that it received notification on 2 April 2003 that Chief
Executive Greg Ingham transferred 317,826 ordinary shares in the Company to his
wife,  Jane Ingham; and that Jane Ingham has today sold 317,826 shares in the
capital of the Company at a price of 47 pence per 1p ordinary share.



Following the disposal, Greg Ingham's holding in the share capital of the
Company is deemed to be 4,034,445 shares, representing 1.26% of the Company's
issued share capital.
