                 NOTIFICATION OF DIRECTOR'S INTERESTS IN SHARES

The Future Network plc (LSE: FNET) announces that it received notification on
25 March 2002 that:

-  Colin Morrison, a Director of the Company, acquired a beneficial interest in
   75,000 shares in the capital of the Company at a price of 62 pence per share 
   on 25 March 2002.  Colin Morrison's holding following this acquisition 
   amounts to a beneficial interest in 251,870 shares in the capital of the 
   Company; and


-  John Reid Bowman, a Director of the Company, acquired a beneficial interest
   in 19,566 shares in the capital of the Company at a price of 60 pence per 
   share on 25 March 2002.  John Bowman's holding following this acquisition 
   amounts to a beneficial interest in 450,000 shares in the capital of the 
   Company.
