Future Network PLC 21 November 2003 21 November 2003 THE FUTURE NETWORK PLC Completion of Acquisition of Computec Media (UK) Limited The Future Network plc ('Future'), the international magazine Group, today announces that it has completed the acquisition of Computec Media UK Limited (' CMUK'). Future announced conditional agreement on 22 October 2003 The transaction was conditional upon Future being satisfied with the audited financial statements of CMUK for the financial year ended 30 September 2003 and upon Future receiving certain bank guarantees. These conditions have been met and the cash consideration of £3.2m has been paid.
