Block Listing Application




A block listing application has been made for 6,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and for trading on the London Stock Exchange.


These shares will be allotted in accordance with the rules of The Future plc Deferred Annual Bonus Scheme. They will be issued fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
