Futura Medical plc (AIM: FUM) received notification on 16 May 2007 that,
following a purchase of ordinary shares, W T Lamb Investments Limited now has a
notifiable interest in the Company of 3,950,000 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence
each, which represents approximately 7.14 per cent of the Company's current
issued share capital.
