Futura Medical plc ('Futura'), the AIM-listed pharmaceutical and medical device
group that develops innovative products for the sexual healthcare market, has
received notice of the exercise of 25,000 warrants originally issued on 22 July
2003.

Today, Futura issued 25,000 new ordinary shares and application has been made
for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. The new ordinary shares will
rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares and dealings are expected to
commence at 8.00 a.m. on 22 July 2004. This share issue raised £15,750 for
Futura.
