                            Notification of Holdings



The Company announces that it has received from East Capital Asset Management AB
(on behalf of East Capital Balkan Fund) a disclosure of a purchase on 18
September 2007 of 680,000 ordinary shares at a price of €1.25 per share.
Following the purchase, East Capital Asset Management AB has an aggregate
holding of 5,763,054 ordinary shares carrying voting rights, equivalent to
approximately 11.34 per cent. of the issued share capital of Fabian Romania.
