Further to the Company's announcement on 4 November, Fabian Romania has been notified that Finite Assets Ltd., a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands, has increased its stake in the Company to 25.4 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. Finite Assets Ltd is the legal and beneficial holder of the shares acquired.
