The Company announces that it has received from RMB Asset Management PTY Ltd a disclosure of a sale on 31 October 2008 of 2,850,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 5.61 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. Following the sale, RMB Asset Management PTY Ltd no longer holds any ordinary shares in Fabian Romania.
