                            Notification of Holdings


On 18 January 2008, Fabian Romania received notification that RMB Asset
Management PTY Ltd had acquired 2,850,000 of  the Company's ordinary shares as a
result of a transfer of registered ownership of a portfolio of shares from
FirstRand (Ireland) PLC, to RMB Asset Management PTY Ltd. Both entities are
members of the First Rand group and the shares continue to be held for
investment purposes. As a consequence, RMB Asset Management PTY Ltd currently
has an aggregate holding of 2,850,000 ordinary shares carrying voting rights,
equivalent to approximately 5.61% of the issued share capital of the Company.
