                            Notification of Holdings


The Company announces that it has received from East Capital Asset Management AB
(on behalf of East Capital Balkan Fund) a disclosure of a sale on 11 March 2008
of 1,000,000 ordinary shares at a price of €1.21 per share. Following the sale,
East Capital Asset Management AB has an aggregate holding of 4,763,054 ordinary
shares carrying voting rights, equivalent to approximately 9.37 per cent. of the
issued share capital of Fabian Romania.
