                             Director/PDMR Dealings

Fabian Romania Limited ("Fabian Romania" or the "Fund") was notified on 21
November 2007 that Graham Atkinson (Director of Finance of Fabian Capital
Limited, investment manager to the Fund), sold 27,407 of the Fund's ordinary
shares on 21 November 2007 at a price of €1.28 per share. After this
transaction, Graham Atkinson holds no further of the Fund's ordinary shares.

The Fund was also notified on 21 November 2007 that Jan-Olof Hansson (Chief
Operating Officer of Fabian Capital Limited), bought 25,000 of the Fund's
ordinary shares on 21 November 2007 at a price of €1.28 per share. After this
transaction, Jan-Olof Hansson holds 25,000 of the Fund's ordinary shares,
representing approximately 0.05 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital
of the Fund.
