Publication of 2019 Annual Report and Notice of 2020 Annual General Meeting

Funding Circle Holdings plc (the "Company") has today published its Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2019 ("Annual Report").

The Company has also today made the following documents available to shareholders:

· Notice of 2020 Annual General Meeting ("Notice of AGM"); and

· 2020 Annual General Meeting Proxy Form ("Proxy Form")

The Annual Report will shortly be available to download from the Company's website at: https://corporate.fundingcircle.com/results-and-reports and the Notice of AGM and Proxy Form at: https://corporate.fundingcircle.com/investors/shareholder-meetings .  Printed copies will today be posted to shareholders who have elected to receive documents in hard copy.

In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, copies of the Annual Report and Notice of AGM will also shortly be available for inspection on the National Storage Mechanism at: www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM .

The Company's AGM will be held at 09:00 a.m. on Wednesday 20 May 2020 at the Company's offices at 71 Queen Victoria Street, London EC4V 4AY.

We are closely monitoring the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.  It is currently the intention of the Company to hold the meeting as planned.  However, given the social distancing measures announced by the UK Government on 23 March 2020, the Board requests that shareholders do not attend the AGM in person and instead appoint the chair of the meeting as proxy and provide voting instructions in advance of the AGM.  Instructions on how to submit your proxy are set out in the Notice of AGM and Proxy Form.

If the Board determines that any changes to the meeting arrangements are necessary or appropriate in the light of the COVID-19 situation, we will provide shareholders with updated details on our website at: https://corporate.fundingcircle.com/investors/shareholder-meetings and through an announcement to the London Stock Exchange.
