Purchase of own shares for cancellation

The Company announces that it has today purchased for cancellation 100,000 "A"
Ordinary shares of £1 each at a price of £6.50 per share. The resultant issued
share capital for the "A" Ordinary shares of £1 each after this transaction is
12,907,387 shares.
