Smith & Turner Savings Related Share Option Scheme have
just lapsed:
In respect of Simon Emeny, Retail Director
2780 share options granted in 1999 at an option price of
£4.37
In respect of Michael Turner, Managing Director
1642 share options granted in 1996 at an option price of
£4.20.
