The Company received a notification today from The AEGON UK plc Group of
Companies informing it that that following a disposal of 111,842 shares in the
Company, that the notifiable interest with the registered holder of Chase
Nominees Limited is varied from over 4% to over 3%.  They hold 465,419 shares
representing 3.64% of the issued 'A' ordinary share capital of the Company.
