The Company received a notification today from AEGON Asset Management UK plc
informing it that following a purchase of shares in the Company, the notifiable
interest held within the AEGON UK plc Group of Companies has increased through a
whole percentage barrier.  They hold 645,337 shares representing 5.04% of the
issued 'A' ordinary share capital of the Company.
