The Company received a notification today from HSBC Guyerzeller Bank AG
informing it that  that following the announcement by the Company on 10th March
2003 regarding the purchase of its own securities that the notifiable interest
of one of its clients Lem Technology Limited has increased through a whole
percentage barrier.  They hold 425,000 shares representing 3.27% of the issued '
A' ordinary share capital of the Company.
