Mr Anthony G Fuller notified the Company today that he was exercising options
over a total of 1,907 Ordinary £1 'A' shares granted under an Inland Revenue
Approved Savings Related Share Option Scheme. The Ordinary £1 'A' shares
exercised at maturity under the scheme were granted as follows, 578 'A' shares
at an option price of £4.20 and 1329 'A' shares at an option price of £4.14.
