20,000 Fuller Smith & Turner 'C' Ordinary shares in the name of our Chairman
Mr A G F Fuller and Mrs J M Fuller have today been redesignated under the
procedure in the Articles of Association, into 'A' Ordinary shares.  As this
is a one to one conversion, there has been no change to the total number of
shares beneficially held by Mr Fuller.
