The Company has today been notified that F.S.T Trustee Limited, the trustee of
the Fuller Smith & Turner P.L.C Share Incentive Plan, has purchased 13,105 'A'
ordinary shares of £1 each in the Company at £9.54 per share.



Therefore the total interest of the FST Trustee Limited is now 128,684 'A'
Ordinary £1 Shares representing 1.00% of that class; and 590,398 'B' Ordinary
10p Shares representing 1.57% of this class.



This announcement is made for information purposes because of the potential
interest of directors on any future allocation of shares under the Rules of the
Company's Share Incentive Plan.
