The Company has today been notified that F.S.T Trustee Limited, the trustee of
the Fuller, Smith & Turner P.L.C. Share Incentive Plan, yesterday purchased
4,000 'A' ordinary shares of £1 each in the Company at £14.60 per share.

This announcement is made for information purposes because of the potential
interest of Directors and Persons Dispensing Managerial Responsibility in any
future allocation of shares under the Rules of the Company's Share Incentive
Plan.
