the trustee of the Fuller, Smith & Turner P.L.C. Share Incentive Plan, purchased
10,400 shares at £18.71 per share.

Details of this purchase are announced for information purposes because of the
potential interest of directors and PDMRs in any future allocation of shares
under the Rules of the Company Share Incentive Plan.
