FULLER'S APPOINTS NEW NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Fuller, Smith & Turner P.L.C. the London based retailers and brewers, has
appointed Mr Ronald Spinney, Chairman, Hammerson plc, as a non-executive
director with effect from 1 April 2000. He will serve on the Audit and
Remuneration Committees.
