Additional Listing

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock
Exchange for a Block Listing of 500,000 'A' Ordinary shares of £1 each to be
admitted to the Official List.

These shares, ranking pari passu in all respects with the existing shares in
issue, will be allotted pursuant to the twice-yearly conversion of 'C' Shares.

These shares will not be allotted immediately but as and when the conversion
takes place.
