FULLER SMITH & TURNER PLC (the 'Company')

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of
330,000 'A' ordinary shares of £1 each to be admitted to the Official List.

These shares, ranking pari passu in all respects with the existing 'A'
ordinary shares in issue, will be allotted to shareholders who elect to
convert their 'C' ordinary shares into 'A' ordinary shares as and when the
conversion terms allow.

Copies of this announcement may be obtained from the Company's Registered
Office for a period of 14 days from the date of this announcement and at the
Company Announcements Office of the London Stock Exchange for a period of 2
days following this announcement (collection only).
