Issue of Equity

The Company announces that following the receipt of an exercise notice for employee options, it has allotted 111,579 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in accordance with the terms of the Company's Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme.

Accordingly, an application has been made for the 111,579 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will occur at 08.00 on 13 February 2018. Following admission, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 210,656,308 Ordinary Shares. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
