Fulcrum Utility Services Limited ("Fulcrum" or "the Company"), the UK based energy solutions company, announces that it has received notification from Stephen Gutteridge, a non-executive director of the Company, that he today purchased 150,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence  each at a price of 7.05 pence per share.

 

The Company has also received notification of a transfer of 50,000 shares held in the name of Mrs Mary Anne Gutteridge, wife of Stephen Gutteridge, whereby she sold 50,000 shares from a nominee account at a price of 6.80 pence per share and immediately repurchased 50,000 shares into her personal ISA at a price of 6.86 pence per share.  Following these transactions, Stephen Gutteridge has a beneficial interest in 404,166 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.26% per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
