Fulcrum Utility Services Limited ("Fulcrum" or "the Company"), the UK based energy solutions company, announces that it has received notification from Martin Donnachie, Chief Executive Officer, that he today purchased 157,942 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each at a price of 7.25 pence per share.

The Company has also received notification that Mrs Joanne Donnachie, wife of Martin Donnachie, today purchased 161,278 ordinary shares of 0.1 each at a price of 7.1 pence per share.  Following these purchases, Martin Donnachie has a beneficial interest in 319,220 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.2% per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
