Director/PDMR Shareholding


The Company was notified on 31 August 2007 that Andrew Redmond, Chief Executive
Officer of the Company, has transferred  60,000 ordinary shares, at a price of
275.875p, to his SIPP where they will be held in the name of Tenon Pension 
Trustees Limited. Following this transfer Mr Redmond retains the same
beneficial holding and is beneficially interested in 2,203,410 ordinary shares
representing approximately 5.3 per cent. of the Company's Total Voting Rights.
