Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified today that Andrew Redmond, Chief Executive Officer of
the Company, has transferred 47,000 ordinary shares to his SIPP where they will
be held in the name of Tenon Pension Trustees Limited. Following this transfer
Mr Redmond retains the same beneficial holding and is beneficially interested in
2,203,410 ordinary shares representing approximately 5.9 per cent. of the
Company's Total Voting Rights.
