that its issued share capital comprises 497,216,495 ordinary shares of 0.1p
each. The voting rights of all of these shares are identical.

The  above  figure  may  be  used by shareholders as  the  denominator  for  the
calculations  by which they will determine if they are required to notify  their
interest  in, or a change to their interest in, Frontier IP Group plc under  the
FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
