The board of Frontier IP Group plc ("the Company") was notified on 23 July 2009
that Ruegg & Co Limited ("Ruegg") no longer has a notifiable interest in the
ordinary shares of Frontier IP Group plc.

Today, Astaire Group plc announced that it has acquired Ruegg and Ruegg's
disposal of the Company's shares was part of the acquisition process.
