In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, Fresnillo plc (the "Company") has submitted a copy of each of the following documents to the National Storage Mechanism, which will shortly be available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

· 2021 Form of Proxy for the Annual General Meeting

 

As required by DTR 6.3.5 (3), the Company confirms that a copy of the Notice of Annual General Meeting is available on the Company's website www.fresnilloplc.com .

 

AGM Arrangements

 

In accordance with the Government's current 'Roadmap out of lockdown', it is hoped that the AGM will be held as an open meeting with strict health and safety measures in place to protect attendees. The Annual General Meeting will be held at Travers Smith LLP, 10 Snow Hill, London EC1A 2AL on Thursday 24 June 2021 at 12:00 noon.

 

Articles of Association

 

At the AGM, a resolution will be put forward to approve certain changes to the Company's articles of association (the "Articles"). A summary of the proposed changes is set out on pages 10 and 11 of the Notice of Annual General Meeting. A full draft of the proposed changes to the Articles is available on the Company's website www.fresnilloplc.com .
