Frenkel Topping Group plc (the 'Company') announces that on 23 November 2006 it
received notification that, on 22 November 2006, Zeus Capital Holdings Limited
('Zeus Capital') acquired 2,357,266 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the capital
of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') representing 4.30% of the issued share
capital of the Company.



Zeus Capital is a company controlled by Ian William Currie and Richard Ian
Hughes, both of whom are directors of Zeus Capital.  Following this transaction,
Ian William Currie, Richard Ian Hughes and Zeus Capital, who are connected
parties, are now interested in 7,551,216 Ordinary Shares, representing
approximately 13.78% of the issued share capital of the Company, as follows:
