The Company announces that on 6 December 2013, it received notification that Stephen Ashcroft disposed of 3,500,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares").  After this transaction Stephen Ashcroft holds 223,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.35% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Company announces that, on the same day, it received notification that the Helium Special Situation Fund holds 13,451,332 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 21.27% of the issued share capital of the Company.
