The Company announces that on 3 April 2013 it received notification from John Frenkel that following the disposal and transfer of ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), he was (as at 19 March 2013) beneficially interested in 3,665,352 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 5.88% of the issued share capital of the Company.
