The Company announces that, on 30 November 2012, it received notification that on the same day, Stephen Ashcroft, an employee of the Company, sold 507,760 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 17.75 pence per Ordinary Share. 

Following this transaction, Stephen Ashcroft is now beneficially interested in 7,500,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 12.91% of the issued share capital of the Company.
