Frenkel Topping Group plc (the 'Company') announces that on 14 November 2007 it
received notification that, on 12 November 2007, Ian William Currie and Richard
Ian Hughes each acquired 150,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the capital of
the Company ('Ordinary Shares').



Following these transactions, Ian William Currie, Richard Ian Hughes and Zeus
Capital, who are connected parties, are now interested in 11,106,558 Ordinary
Shares, representing approximately 20.27% of the total voting rights of the
Company. Zeus Capital is a company controlled by Ian William Currie and Richard
Ian Hughes, both of whom are directors of Zeus Capital.
