Frenkel Topping Group plc (the 'Company') announces that on 09 October 2007 it
received notification that, on 08 October 2007, Ian William Currie acquired
1,545,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary
Shares') at a price of 5.75p per share and Richard Ian Hughes acquired 1,545,009
Ordinary Shares at a price of 5.75p per share.



Following these transactions, Ian William Currie, Richard Ian Hughes and Zeus
Capital, who are connected parties, are now interested in 10,806,558 Ordinary
Shares, representing approximately 19.73% of the total voting rights of the
Company. Zeus Capital is a company controlled by Ian William Currie and Richard
Ian Hughes, both of whom are directors of Zeus Capital.
