Exercise of Options

Frenkel Topping Group plc (AIM: FEN) announces that it has been notified today that Richard Fraser and Julie Dean, directors of the Company, have exercised 1,085,962 options over ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and 986,154 options over Ordinary Shares respectively. The options exercised were granted under the terms of the Frenkel Topping Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme ("FTGEMI") and the exercise price was 13.5 pence.

Accordingly, the Company has made an application of 2,072,116 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, and dealings are expected to commence on 26 August 2016 ("Admission").  The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue.

Following Admission, the Company's total issued and voting share capital will comprise 76,694,183 Ordinary Shares. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, securities of the Company.

Following the above transactions, Richard Fraser will have a beneficial interest in 4,954,837 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 6.5% of the current issued share capital of the Company, and Julie Dean will have a beneficial interest in 2,276,861 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 2.9% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
