Frenkel Topping Group plc (the 'Company') announces that David Southworth, a
director of the Company, has today acquired 100,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each
in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares'), representing 0.18% of the
issued share capital of the Company, at a price of 4.75p per share.



Following this transaction, David Southworth is beneficially interested in
1,133,333 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 2.07% of the issued share
capital of the Company.
