Frenkel Topping Group plc (the 'Company') announces that David Southworth, a
director of the Company, has today transferred 933,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p
each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') representing 1.7% of the
issued share capital of the Company into his SIPP at a price of 6.75p per share.
  Following this transaction, David Southworth remains beneficially interested
in 1,133,333 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.07% of the issued share capital of
the Company.
