                            Director's Shareholding

Frenkel Topping Group plc (the 'Company') announces that Stephen Ashcroft, a
director of the Company, has today transferred 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p
each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') representing 1.83% of the
issued share capital of the Company into his SIPP at a price of 7.25p per share.
Following this transaction, Stephen Ashcroft remains beneficially interested
in 10,408,760 Ordinary Shares, representing 19.00% of the issued share capital
of the Company.
