Appointment of Director of Strategy and Implementation for Frenkel Topping Group

Frenkel Topping (AIM: FEN), a specialist financial and professional services firm operating within the personal injury and clinical negligence marketplace is pleased to announce the appointment of Rebecca Bidwell as Director of Strategy and Implementation for Frenkel Topping Group.

The newly created role will lead on transformation projects to support the Group strategy and accelerate the integration of recent M&A activity inside the Salford-based firm.

Bidwell moves from her role as Managing Director of Bidwell Henderson - the leading costs consultancy acquired by Frenkel Topping Group in 2021.

With the brief to lead on the implementation of change across the Group and deliver its project portfolio, Bidwell will bring her experience of nurturing 'grassroots' talent to deliver successful change while building a culture of learning and development.

Bidwell Henderson, established in 2014, specialises in high-cost case plans and claims, and legal aided matters where an inter partes costs order is successfully ordered.

Bidwell Henderson has built a leading legal aid costs agency in England and Wales. It holds a market leading position in drafting high-cost case plans which are required when significant costs are involved in large scale and complex legal cases. Bidwell Henderson covers specific areas of law such as complex public and private family, housing, judicial review, Court of Protection, abuse and clinical negligence cases. In addition, Bidwell Henderson challenges the traditional legal aid costs firm model and has built its success on developing ancillary services in legal aid processing, legal cashiering and costs training.
