It is confirmed that Sports Direct International plc's Annual Report and Accounts for the period ended 24 April 2011, Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy were posted to shareholders on 3 August 2011 and are also available on the Company website www.sportsdirect.com/investors.

The Annual General Meeting will take place at 3pm at the Auditorium, Unit D, Brook Park East, Shirebrook, NG20 8RY on 7^th September 2011.

The documents have also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available shortly.
