                                  PLEASE NOTE

The following replaces the Director Shareholding announcement released on 3.2.03
                           at 18.00 under RNS 9954G.

 Amendments have been made under sections 2, 3 and 7. Under '2', the number of
   shares purchased should read 676 and not 726 as previously reported. Under
section 3, the amended totals should read 384 shares for Mr Graham Ross Russell
                   and 292 shares for Mrs Jean Ross Russell.

                      All other details remain unchanged.
