Fox Marble, the AIM listed company focused on marble quarrying in Kosovo, confirms that it has posted its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2012 to shareholders together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting and the associated form of proxy.

The AGM will be held at 9.00am on 16 May 2013 at Nabarro LLP, Lacon House, 84 Theobald's Road, London, WC1 8RW.
